Private Lessons

Working one-on-one with a coach is, without a doubt, the fastest way to build skills, increase confidence and develop the technical side of your riding.

We offer several options for individual and small group coaching. Choose from the flowy trails and amazing dirt of Mount Tzouhalem or the steep rocky terrain at Maple Mountain in the Cowichan Valley.

Your opportunity for one on one coaching with The Cycling Co’s Head Coach, Adam Walker.

In addition to being a former National Team Athlete and Canadian champion both on the road and mtb, Adam was recently the Athlete Performance Specialist for the NORCO FACTORY TEAM and Coach for the Canadian National DH Team. He continues to coach for the Canadian National Team and the BC Provincial team.

Adam has helped athletes achieve World Championship medals and overall titles in DH, XC, and EWS and continues to develop BC’s top young athletes.

Last year I was doing some one on one mountain bike coaching with Adam, at the time I was training for a trail running race as well as a women’s enduro mountain bike race.
