Terms and Conditions
- All participants in programs led by The Cycling Co. are required to sign a release of liability waiver in order to participate.
- You agree to disclose all health related concerns to your coach or guide prior to commencing any activity. This includes any pre-existing conditions, including, but not limited to things such as; asthma, diabetes, vertigo, allergies, previous injuries, etc.
- Failure to show up for your reservation will result in forfeiture of payment.
- You agree that your bike is safe and well maintained and is in good working condition for use in off-road mountain biking conditions. Failure to satisfy major safety requirements, that can not be fixed trailside by the coach, may cause you to forfeit your lesson.
- All participants are required to wear an approved helmet, knee pads, gloves and any other safety gear recommended by the coach, for all sessions. Failure to satisfy the safety gear requirements, may cause you to forfeit your lesson.
- Group programs require a minimum of 3 participants to run the program. If this condition is not met, you will be contacted to be rescheduled for a future program.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
- All cancellations or adjustments to bookings are subject to a $50 admin fee.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- No shows will be subject to full charge.
- All fees must be paid in full prior to the scheduled program.
- Online waivers must be completed for each participant prior to the scheduled program.
- Cancellations within 72 hours will be subject to full charge, with the opportunity to reschedule for a future program at a $50 admin fee.
- Cancellations outside 72 hours but within 14 days of the program date will receive a 50% refund minus a $50 administration fee.
- Cancellations outside of 14 days are entitled to a full refund, minus $50 admin fee.
- If the program is cancelled due to severe weather conditions you will be credited for a future program.
- No refunds on prepaid monthly, quarterly or annual coaching programs.
